To test the issue I went to Handango and purchased the application again and have run into the same issue. I have made contact with the developer and I am just awaiting a reply from Handango customer support.

I had an email from the developer today who sent me a copy of the software. They are contacting Handango to correct the issue but please log onto to the Handango site and log a fault. If you get stuck please PM me and I will contact them on your behalf.

I bought this app and it's not working as well.

While I can "preview" the colours, the LED colour is still the default orange when new email arrives.

Has anyone gotten this work? Should I contact the developer?

Thanks

I have it working correctly on my Bold, Storm and Curve. Can you please confirm that you are saving your custom LED configs for each contact?

Hi, I've got custom LEDs setup for each one of my email accounts on the phone. Don't know what else I'm missing? The LED reverts to default everytime I receive new email.

Any ideas?

The custom LED pattern will only last until the next email is received on the device.

Gary, I'm not even getting the custom LED pattern the first time. My understanding is that the custom LED should flash each time I receive new email on the phone?

Thanks
