I'm in the Operations dept for an on hold message provider. I've been a Crackberry addict for 3 years now and am starting to be able to put my experience to use at work here as the IT Sys Admin and IT Manager know very little about BBs. We only have 4 devices in my office (and a couple overseas) but everyone is on BIS so the transition has been really smooth for me.

Full time Mum at the moment, my BB serves as means of "pocket communication" with love ones as a lot of my family are overseas.

With 8 siblings (who are all married) and 2 sets of parents its really hard to keep up with everyone all the time.

Out of the Family 22 of us have BlackBerry, Brothers and Sisters, In Laws, Nieces, Nephew. Even my Dad is trying hard to work out the Blackberry Messenger at least to keep up with us (he is 74 yo).

Loves how distance are now are within reach, updated social network is also a plus. email and internet are needed as a core of any information search or shared. Never Thought the UK, Australia, Indonesia, and the US are so close after Blackberry exist !

As to working, I think I prefer it has nothing to do with my BlackBerry lol. Emailing coleagues as to whats happening or supporting eachother in emergency are ok. but forward calls and emails containing work matters, I think Id rather sit and look at the PC at work

I work for 3 in Brisbane, amongst other things doing support for our Enterprise customers with BES installs and server/end user support. I worked for Telstra previously, in their Wireless Data Support team in Brisbane doing basic BB support prior to them closing the center and moving to Townsville.

I've been living out of my Blackberrys for over 3 years now, and have yet to find a phone to tempt me away from by Bold.
