read messages

Hi guys,


While using BIS, the messages i read in my BB device appear unread in my outlook.


any clue

do you mean BES? (i.e. emails pushed from exchange via the BES to your device?)

Hi,
It depends on the type of email account you are using. If an IMAP account then you have the option to sync both ways. If it's a POP type then you don't.
What type of account are you using ? (@yahoo, @gmail or @(work exchange), etc)

Hi,

When you ingrate an OWA account via BIS it is default configuration for items read on the device to be marked read in Outlook (technically marked read on the server). If this is not functioning then first try resending your service books from the BlackBerry Web Client. Once this has been completed go to Messages > Press menu > Select Options > Select Email Reconciliation > Ensure Wireless Reconcile is On.
