Thanks again, Gary. Much appreciated.

I'm assuming all your instructions are for Outlook? Or are they to be implemented on the exchange server?

Thanks, G
The email account is to be created via www.mobileemail.vodafone.com.au and the contact and forwarding settings are to be applied on your Exchange Server via Active Directory.

Thanks. I'll pass this suggestion onto IT to see if they can implement it.

Cheers, G

Does anyone know where emails sent to my BIS account are stored? That is, are they stored locally on the device or on the SD card?

I tend to get numerous emails with attachments, some of which are quite large. Will this pose a potential problem with the performance of my BlackBerry?

Thanks, G

All emails are stored on the device memory as only documents, video, music, pictures and other media can be stored on the MicroSD card (i.e. emails, attachment and applications can only be stored on the device memory). By default a Blackberry device will purge email from the device after 30 days and attachments are not downloaded unless you request the file. So apart from installing a large number of applications you won't have any memory issues.

Thanks. Did you mean attachments are *not* downloaded by default, rather than downloaded?

Cheers, G
