Cool BES 4.1.6.9 for Exchange 2007 - Place Call problem

Hi.
I've got a problem with some of our devices, when trying to use Place Call from a locked device. This is both on 8707, 8100 and 8110 devices.
When I try to make a call there are no contact to my contacts on the phone. I've tried to Wipe the devices, applied the lates updates an so on, without any lock. Since most of our devices is working fine, I can't figure out what the problem is.
Hope anybody can point me in the correct direction.

BR

Hi,

On all devices running older firmware you could not access the contacts without unlocking the phone. To correct this issue you must upgrade your devices to firmware 4.5 which allows this function. Please note that the 8707 cannot be upgraded to version 4.5.

Thanks,

Gary

Hi Gary.

I've already updated the devices, to the latest version, ex. my 8110 is running 4.5.0.55, but I've still got the problem
Reg. the 8707 I've updated that to the latest v. 4.1.0.258.

Reg.

Can you please try upgrading one of your devices to version 4.5.0.161 using the steps below:

1. Download the latest 8110 firmware (version 4.5.0.161) using this LINK
2. Install the firmware onto your PC running BlackBerry Desktop Manager
3. Go to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader and delete the vendor.xml file. If you are using Desktop Manager 4.7 you must also disconnect your PC from the internet.
4. Connect your device and open Desktop Manager
5. When prompted select "Upgrade Now" (If you are not prompted select Applications Loader > Update)
6. Follow the prompts and your device will be upgraded.
