Yep, its the one you can download from the BlackBerry Homepage from your device.
Just check something for me. Go Options>Advanced Options>Browser and let me know what the Default browser and Default MDS browser configurations are?
Waiting on the side mate...

Those setting are correct. Let them know what you found and ring the number I posted previously (If you phone between business hours EDT it will be answered locally and not to off-sure call centre) and just explain the discrepancy.
Let us know the results.

update from above post-

called up customer service and they were driving me nuts, they dunt know what they r talking about, the C.S lady said" i spoke to the manager and u do not have unlimited internet" .. i was like how r u telling me i do not have unlimted internet when i was using it like crazy last month and it was covered by my plan?? and i was trying to tell her that my point was that i used the bb app world from the bb browser and was charged a whopping $625 to WAP, yet still she didnt get it.. so i went to my optus store in bourke st, melbourne, and the nice lady there helped me out , she herself said it is ridiculous what happened yet it was optus customer service policy to wait for my bill to be issued before initiating a dispute...so now i have to wait til the 10th of january to see if im going to be charges that ridiculous $625 of wap charges.

this is crazy, the optus store wrote a note in the system explaining my issue and she says il be able to email her my bill when it is issued and she will call up customer service for me.. (p.s: im flying overseas tonight for 2 months so i have to contact the optus store lady by email and phone so she can help me out)

she did tell me to NOT pay the WAP charges if it is gonna be issued in my next bill and she said not to worry cuz she will sort it out for me..

i sure do hope so that it will work out, i have to say, its not my fault and i wish optus customer service were more spot on what they know

I hope you got an ID number or something, 'cause what customer service says they will do and what they actually do are often (but not always) two very different things (on any carrier!)...

If you've got the name or ID number of the person you spoke to, you'll be able to say "Mr X" told me this would be "fixed".

also can u belive the customer service left a note saying "I USED THE OPTUS ZOO BROWSER" when i actually said i used the bb browser?

Yep, anything to avoid an account credit... All the carriers do it from time-to-time, including (as much as I'd hate to admit it...) Telstra.

I had a rather large WAP bill once from Optus. They removed the charge on the next bill so was a non issue. At the end of the day, they're only humans inputing the information on all networks so mistakes are bound to happen.
Let us know how it all turns out though.
Kind Regards,
Greg Myers
