Exclamation Hot: Leaked OS 5.0.0.+ for Bold, Tour and Curve 8900

Hot: Bold OS v5.0.0.190, Tour OS v5.0.0.140 and Curve (8900) OS v5.0.0.190 | BerryReview.com
NB: These are not for the in-experienced. The last set of 5.0 firmware leaks caused all sorts of issues with most devices.
NOTE: Do not install this software if you do not know what you are doing. It may make your BlackBerry FUBAR or just plain angry.
Let us know what you find...

After updating (I was on 5.0.0.100) I lost the ability to use all of my third party applications and have already had a number of java issues and crashes.

Wow Gaz that's enough to make me pause and think about it a little more. What 3rd party apps are (were) you running?

And can you tell us some of Java errors you got?

I lost BlackBerry Messenger 5 and the ability to use any of my applications (BeeTag, Google Maps, World Mate Live). After a device Nuke I able to load most of my applications back on but BBM5 will still not function (I was able to get version 4.7.0 running).

Wirelessly posted (Bold: BlackBerry9000/5.0.0.130 Profile/MIDP-2.1 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/146)

Yeah I checked out Pinstack right after posting this morning. No BBM5 is a dealbreaker for me. Pass thanx.... Lol! RIM is obviously punishing us for running unreleased OS's

Hi,
BBM 5 wont work with 5.0.0.190. The next OS should drop next week and should have BBM5 included in the core system.
(BTW: Try an OTA BBM5 install with the Bold as there is rumors of that working)
Kind Regards,
Greg Myers
