Desktop Software
I have purchased a8707g 2nd hand and did not receive the software disc. I downloaded the software v4.2 with sp2 and after 4.5 hours downloading :it does not execute like a normal .exe file to install? Can anyone help, please?

The correct filename for the Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2 download is Desktop_Software_v4.2_SP2_(English).exe

If your download doesn't appear as an executable file simply rename it and add the .exe extension to the filename.
