Internet Browser Jammed

Hi recently got a BB 8800 ...and jammed the web browser app. Everything was set up and working fine, including the web browser, until I tried to download an app for Yahoo Messenger.

Its now frozen. Press icon - nothing happens

On a Windows PC I can Alt+Ctrl+Del and stop a process to rectify and send error report etc etc. How can I do the same with my BB?
Nico

PS. Admin
I viewed the forum before getting one. Impressive.

Hi Nico,

On a BlackBerry device you can't simply stop a single process. You are only able to perform a HARD or SOFT reset. A HARD reset is done by simply removing the battery on the device or resetting the "reset" button at the back of the device (Reset is only available on older devices e.g. 7X00 series). To perform a SOFT reset follow these steps:

How to perform a SOFT RESET

From the handheld, press the ALT + CAP + DELETE keys at the same time
You will not lose any data in this process

Also to view the logs files on the device press ATL + LGLG
