Problem
If you are having a conversation in Windows Live Messenger for BlackBerry devices, and your contact signs out and signs back in, the contact icon may still appear offline (gray) and you may not be able to continue the conversation with the contact.
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
