    Hi,

As you mentioned the best option would be to take a backup > wipe the device > restore the backup. Your firmware is the currently up to date so post back if you have any further issues after the wipe.

    Thanks,

    Gary

Gary - I did the backup wipe and restore but I still have the error message after a reboot. During the wipe I left the box unchecked for removing 3rd party apps. Some I have paid for and others are free. Didin't want to lose them.

Does the error indicate any specific application or is it just a generic error?

    All it says now is
    Uncaught Exception: Object already exists

If I do a wipe and include 3rd party apps, will they be restored without problems when I do a restore of the backup? I am concerned about the ones I have paid for mostly.

A backup via Desktop Manager will not backup your applications. Where did you purchase the application from?

Gary, I think I have it solved. After the wipe I uninstalled a few of the free apps that I had recently updated and left the paid one alone. After re installing them the problem seems to have disappeared. Thank you for your help - as always.
