Industry leader in mobile collaboration releases Exchange public and delegate access solution for the BlackBerry smartphone

WICKSoft Corporation, the leader in mobile collaboration solutions, has released WICKSoft Mobile Documents for Microsoft Exchange, the latest version of their award- winning solution for the BlackBerry smartphone from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM, TSX: RIM).

In addition to providing document, calendar, and contact access to Microsoft SharePoint and file servers, this latest version gives BlackBerry users a way to access Microsoft Exchange public folders and delegate content from their BlackBerry smartphone. Some of the new features include:

- Create and edit appointments in public and delegate calendars
- Update and create new contacts in Exchange public and delegate folders
- Access to email messages, even if they are no longer on the phone
- View, upload, and download attachments
- Fast and easy ‘one-thumb’ navigation
- Simple installation with no modification to Exchange or BES
- Import and export PIM content

“Public folders, shared contact lists, and delegate access to calendars are very popular to organizations using Microsoft Exchange. In addition to providing personal content like your inbox, Exchange facilitates collaboration and sharing of content such as appointments and contacts, but until now these features have been unavailable to many BlackBerry users.” said Will Hickie, CEO of WICKSoft. “With WICKSoft, BlackBerry users can now access everything in Exchange, such as a co-worker’s calendar, or a shared list of contacts, just like they would when at the desktop.” he added.

WICKSoft Mobile Documents allows BlackBerry users to view, search, and edit contacts and calendars, view files in folders or attached to meetings, as well as download and upload files such as Word and Excel using their BlackBerry. Data is not stored on the device so BlackBerry users always have access to the most up to date information.

“WICKSoft is the only way to get this type of mobile integration with Exchange on the BlackBerry. “ said Mr. Hickie. “In less than an hour an organization can give its BlackBerry users access to the delegate and shared content in Exchange, without making any changes to their mail or BES servers.”

For further information (and FREE TRIAL SOFTWARE) contact WICKSoft at (888)880-7876, or info@wicksoft.com. Product details also available online at http://www.wicksoft.com/

Do we have any proof in the pudding?

Has anyone used this service? Our organization is seeking these functionalities and I would like to suggest this product or a similar one if there are any, however before so, it would be great to hear from an expert!

Any input would be much appreciated!

Hi,

We use the WICKSoft application in our office and it works perfectly, our users couldn't live without it. I was using Repligo which is also a very good product especially with the latest update but I personally prefer WICKSoft as an installer and end user. I personally recommend testing the software first as they offer a 30 day trial.

Thanks,

Gary

Hi,

I just emailed them again on your behalf but as an FYI since your post I have had hundreds of sites setup trials. In the interim I would recommend applying for the trial software again but use a different email address if possible.

Thanks,

Gary
