Hi,
You should download the latest Telstra 4.5 firmware for your device and install it onto a PC running BlackBerry Desktop manager. Once installed open Desktop Manager and you will be prompted to upgrade. After the upgrade is completed (approx 45 minutes) you will need to log onto your BIS account and resend the service books, if you are on BES you will have to reactivate your device.
