Past Calendar Entries Deleting

I've got a BlackBerry Pearl runing on BES through work via Lotus Notes.
In the last week I've discovered that all past calendar entries beyond 7 days are being deleted from my pearl.
I.e. this morning all events up until Tuesday week ago are now gone.
They are remaining on my Lotus Notes calendar so are not being deleted from the server.
I've checked the settings on my pearl and it has keep appointments for 90 days set.
Why is this happening and how can I stop it????

I was syncing with Google Calendar up until a bit over a week ago but stoped due to the way that sync works and that it deletes entries outside the sync window. But it never deleted events within the sync window like is happening at the moment.

It may be possible that settings from the "Google Calendar" may still be present. Can you please confirm if there are any service books relating to Google Calendar is Options > Advanced Options > Service Book?

I've opened up the Service Book as requested and nothing refering to Google or Google Sync is listed.

Have you checked the amount of free device memory? To check press ALT + CAPS + H from the homescreen.

Its difficult to type ALT+CAPS+H with only two hands!
Nothing happened when I did this so I went to Options>Status and it advised me that I had File Free 5799080 bytes and File Total 65142784 bytes.
Is my reading correct that I only have 6MB out of 65MB left?
Is this enough memory or do you suggest I remove some applications?
I've deleted a Handago In Hand application and a couple of themes increasing my file free memory to 10136908 bytes or 10MB.
If the amount of free memory was the problem, how would I get my past calendar entries back? Do I have to get IT to resync just my calendar?

Technically if you are running low on memory your call logs and SMS logs will be automatically deleted. Are you synchronizing your calendar wirelesly or via cable?

Also just as an FYI a BlackBerry device is set to reserve a large portion of the device memory for media files. As a result, email messages can be removed to free up space when the memory is low. You can reduce the preserved limit for media files by following these steps:
  1. On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, click Media.
  2. Select a media type (Music, Video, Ringtones, Pictures).
  3. Press the Menu key and select Options.
  4. Reduce the value set in the Device Memory Limit field. This field sets the maximum amount of memory available for all media files.
  5. Reduce the value set in the Reserved Pictures Memory field. This field sets the amount of memory reserved for picture files.
  6. Press the Menu key and select Save.
  7. Reduce the number of media files stored on your BlackBerry smartphone in order to meet the limit set in the Device Memory Limit field. For example
    • Transfer the files to a media card. For instructions, see KB05478.
    • Transfer the files to your computer using Media Manager in BlackBerry® Desktop Manager. For instructions, see KB05456.

Thanks Gary for the tip.
I already have it preset to save any media files to my memory card so the reseved pictures memory is a waste.
I've followed your instructions and reduced the memory reserved down to 12MB for device memory limit and 2MB for reserved pictures memory.
This has suddenly increased my file free memory to 15.7MB!
I'll monitor my calendar over the next couple of days and see if this stops the past calendar entires auto deleting.

One quick thing. Since I've done this the led indicator is flashing red and I have no new messages or reminders. Is this happening as it feels I don't have enough memory?
