Upgrade to 8120 or Wait for Pearl version of Bold???

I've had my 8100 for over a year now, and whilst it is still in very good condition (exceptionally good condition considering a number of other Pearls in the office) it is now time to upgrade again.

Should I wait for a Pearl version of the 3G Bold or look at the 8120?
Do you think it be almost 12 months before we see this device?

Final couple of questions, aside from WiFi, 2mp Camera, side SD slot, what is the difference between 8100 and 8120? Is OS v4.3 a big improvement over 4.2? And what OS do you need before Docs to Go will work?

We might (repeat, might) see a couple more devices from from RIM by years end. (Well the US and Canada anyway). The 'Pearl' version looks to be the 'KickStart' flip BlackBerry; LINK; BlackBerry KickStart: T-Mobile launch and a whole bunch of specs! : The Boy Genius Report
I have heard some reports of September for Australia (which if comes true will be about the quickest 'lag-time' yet) for the Bold.

Version 4.3 has a few new features such as:

1. Voice Recorder
2. Spell Check
3. Improved interface
4. Improved media player
5. Video Camera

This upgrade just introduces some of the new features that are planned for firmware 4.5 which will be a major update.
