videos after upgrade

Hi
After upgrading device software to version 4.5 (Telstra) I know get the message "HTTP error 413: request entity too large" when trying to view a video from the site blueapple.mobi

When this occurred previously i changed a setting on the server to have 0 max size for pm3 files, but this setting has not changed.

Also, google maps regularly cannot find my location. is this a setting problem?

Cheers

Hi,

When you use firmware 4.5 you should use Google Maps 2.2.2 and it is highly recommended that your BES version is 4.1 with SP6. The "request entity too large" error indicates an application is trying to use more network bandwidth than the BES allows. To correct this issue follow the steps below:

For BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.0
  1. Open BlackBerry Manager.
  2. Right click on the server name and click on Mobile Data Service Properties.
  3. In the General tab, under Flow Control, increase the Max KB/Connection value.
Note: The maximum KB/Connection value is 1024.
For BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.1
  1. Open BlackBerry Manager.
  2. Highlight the server name and click on the Connection Service tab.
  3. Click the Edit properties option.
  4. In the General property, under Flow Control, increase the Maximum KB/Connection value.
Note: The maximum KB/Connection value is 1024.
Thanks,

Gary
