NEW, issues, please help

Hi there,

Can you please help. How do I delete all data on my blackberry 8100 without having to download anything?

I ask this as I dont have the driver for the blackberry - if you have a link, please send.

I have to send it off to get fixed but I dont want anything left on it...how can I do this??

I tried JL cmder but as I said, I dont have the driver.

Thank you,

Chris

Hi Chris,

If you are still able to operate your device you can go to "Options > Security Options > General Settings > Press the menu button and select Wipe Handheld".

Thanks,

Gary
