Wink Service Books

Hi,

I am having the following problems with my Pearl.

1) Cannot reply or send emails. Even though I receive them.
2) Cannot open attachements, when they are sent to me.
3) The messages folder icon on the pearl's desktop is sort of faded, compared to the others.

I have a feeling I deleted the wrong service books, a while back.

Would this be the problem?
What are these service books about?
How can I (step by step) re-install these service books from my Blackberry desktop manager, or other place?

Thanking you in advance
Kylie

Hi Kylie, assuming you are on BIS, the Service books can be resent from your carrier's website.....

Telstra:
https://bis.ap.blackberry.com/html?b...stra&locale=en

Optus:
https://bis.ap.blackberry.com/html?brand=optus

Vodafone:
BlackBerry Internet Service

Hopefully you are with one of the above.

Hope this helps.
