certificate file is missing or corrupted

Please if anyone know how to get the media manager to work on the blackberry pearl running on vista.

We have tried countless times on re-installing, repairing, uninstalling, upgrading and still nothing happens when we click media manager other than the error listed below.

The error box title reads:
Roxio Easy Media Creater

The error message:
The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it.

Hi,

What version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager are you running? Please ensure you download the latest version of Desktop Manager (currently version 4.6) to assist in resolving this issue.
