Address book

Hi All, I'm new here, I have a couple of issues which someone may be able to help me with.
I have loaded the sim card in my Pearl with contacts from another phone. These all seem to be OK when I open SIM phone book and I have tried to transfer these to the Pearl. I get an indication that the transfer progresses but when I open the address book I see no addresses in either personal or business. If I open the address book options I can see that there are 119 entries.
Can someone tell me how to make these display in my address book?

Try this as a first go.

Go into Address Book
Press Blackberry key (left of trackball)
Scroll down to SIM Phone Book
Press trackball
Scroll to "Copy all to Address Book"

Hi,

It may be possible that your SIM contained invalid contacts which can cause an Address Book Corruption on the device. To try and rebuild the contacts list open the address book and hold ALT whilst typing RBLD. The second thing to try would be a hard reset by removing and then re-inserting the battery after 30 seconds.
