Wink Email Settings

Hi Forum,
I am using BIS.

EMAILS:
I want to use my BB to receive work emails only. But it looks as though Vodafone has set up an email account as well as my work email account.
I receive work emails OK on the BB through work email account, but the senders get a message back to them saying their email never got through the vodafone email system. They then ring me explaining that their sorry the email never went through, but it did with my work email setup.

Do I need this vodafone email account? How to get rid of it?

In Options>advanced>Default services>Messaging (CMIME), it is set to DESKTOP.

Thankyou
Kylie

And had them re-sent. And hard reseted my BB.

Hi,
Check your email is working on the device by sending an email to yourself.
Sounds like you have taken all the correct steps.
Post back and let us know how you go.
Kind Regards,
