Can I create both private and shared calendar entries?

Yes, you can create both private and shared calendar entries. All calendar entries created using BlackBerry® Unite!™ software are shared calendar entries and visible to all users. If you create a calendar entry using your BlackBerry smartphone, you can make it private by selecting the Mark as Private check box. Private calendar entries made using your BlackBerry smartphone are not visible in the BlackBerry Unite! software.

Can I share a calendar entry with only a few of users?

No, shared calendar entries created using BlackBerry Unite! software are shared with every user and synchronized to their BlackBerry smartphones.
