Message delay - concurrent connections not enabled

Problem
Email messages are delayed up to 6 hours, when received from an email account set up with the BlackBerry Internet Service.
Cause
Concurrent connections have not been enabled on the IMAP IDLE account.
Resolution
The system administrator of the messaging server is required to implement either of the following options. After completing either of these steps it will be necessary to remove and re-integrate the email account.
Contact your system administrator to complete one of the following tasks:
- Configure the messaging server to permit concurrent connections. OR
Disable the IMAP IDLE feature on the messaging server.
