Environment

• BlackBerry® smartphone
• PocketMac® 4.0 for BlackBerry® smartphones
• Apple® Mac OS® 10.3.9
• Now Up-To-Date®

Problem

The BlackBerry smartphone user is unable to synchronize organizer data from Now Up-To-Date with the BlackBerry smartphone when using Mac OS 10.3.9.

Cause

Mac OS 10.3.9 does not support synchronization of organizer data using Now Up-To-Date.

Resolution

Upgrade to Mac OS 10.4 or later.
