Problem

When attempting to select or edit filters in the BlackBerry Internet Service account, the following error is displayed:

Premature end of file.; Line#: -1; Column#: -1

Cause

The Alert rule on the web page does not accept Null requests.

Workaround

To work around this issue, complete the following steps:

1. Remove the hosted email address from your BlackBerry Internet Service account and add it again.
