Email message body is not displayed when viewing an email message on the BlackBerry device

Problem
When the subscriber receives an email message from an integrated email account on their BlackBerry device, the email message body is not displayed.
Cause
The affected email message is a Rich Text Format email message without the multipart MIME format indicator in the header of the email message. This type of content cannot be displayed on the BlackBerry device.
The email message is missing the line
This is a multi-part message in MIME format and thus is not processed correctly, resulting in a blank email message body on the BlackBerry device.
Resolution
There is currently no resolution for this issue.
Workaround
Have the sender of the email message re-send the email message in
plain text format. The body of the email message will be viewable on the BlackBerry device.
