Can the admin mailbox for the BES be hidden?
A: No. If the BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration mailbox is hidden, wireless calendar synchronization tasks cannot be performed. Please see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 178721 Exchange Client Cannot Resolve Hidden Ricipient.
