    Unhappy Calendar sync issue

Hi This is my first post So excuse me if it is incorrect.
We run a BES server in the office and we have 6 BB devices. When we create an appointment on the BB it wirelessly syncs without any issue.
When we create an appointment in Outlook it doesn't sync to the device.
All other functions sync wirelessly without any issue.

If some could assist it would be appreciated.

    Regards

    Dan

Thank you for the KB article I have followed the article however it only partially resolved the problem, momentarily. When I turned the wireless sync one appointment synchronised and then the same problem. I created another appointment in Outlook that was not synchronising. I then deselected the wireless sync, saved and closed, selected the wireless sync and it worked again for only one appointment.

Any further suggestions would be appreciated.

OK, thanks for the update. Assuming the Outlook has the latest version of the calendar we can perform a forced wipe and reload for the device calendar (this deletes all calendar data from the device). To do this go into the device Calendar > press menu > select Options > Ignore what is on the screen and type RSET (nothing appears as you type) > Once you type RSET a prompt will appear > Select Yes to erase and reload your calendar.

Do you have access to Outlook Web Access? If you do logon and create a calendar appointment as it is common these issues are caused by a corruption on the Outlook Cached Files.

Can you please confirm if this issue is affecting all users or a single user?
