Hi,

You will have to talk to your BlackBerry Administrator and have them check the I.T Policy assigned to the device and the configuration of the MDS service.

Thanks,

Gary

Sorry should have confirmed that I am the Blackberry Administrator. I have looked throw the IT Policy and every excluding a hand full of Password policies I have left as default or blank (which I believe means default).
Being from Australia the Google maps is important for me to try and get working as the Blackberry maps doesnt currently cover Australia (Estonia and Albania must have more Blackberry users ) have tried everything so far to try and get it working.

Cheers
Jeff

Sorry for the confusion Jeff. In you I.T Policies create a new policy item called "Blank (Test Only)" and then Apply\Save it. Now from the users list assign this new I.T Policy to yourself and retest Google Maps (this is to rule out any policy issue). If it still fails I will need the details on how your MDS service is configured to ensure nothing on your infrastructure side is blocking the application. Also ensure you have the latest version of GM by going to Google Maps on your device.
