Synchronize Outlook Personal Contacts with Blackberry Handheld

Hi,

Can anyone urgently help me with the steps of how to synchronize Outlook Personal Contacts with the Blackberry Handheld for the first time.
The Blackberry Desktop Manager version greater than 4.1 is loaded in the PC.

Hi,

Once you connect the BlackBerry open the Desktop Manager and then select Synchronization (or it may be called Intellisync on older versions). From the Synchronization window select the Configuration tab at the top and then select "Configure Synch..." and follow the prompts to sync your contacts.
