Device logs

Hiya Guys!

Some of my users are having issues with Meetings updates not being reflected on the Blackberry. The BES Magt logs say they're being sent & delivered.

So i was wondering if there is any way I can collect logs on the devlce, especially regarding calendar updates.

Hi,

The device logs aren't overly readable but from the home screen hold ALT and type LGLG. Are the missing calendar appointments being added by the user or via a PA's computer?

Well the current one I have is a fellow IT support guy, who made a single meeting with a customer, the customer countered, he accepted, but the device didn't update. (he updated the text of the meeting & the device updated), then it happened again when the customer again countered the same meeting. There were no delegates involved.

What is the exact version of BES that you’re running and what is the exact mail server version?
