How do I send new DST update to devices?

I have 6 users in total with a mixture of 8800, 8300 and 8110 devices. The devices have software version 4.2.2.163, 4.2.1.101 and 4.3.0.112.

They currently have the DST 2007 patch applied, but not the one for the current DST change, and as such the time displayed on the devices are 1 hour behind.

In my BES (4.1.6.10) Manager, there is already a Software Configuration named DST2008, but I don't think it is the one I need currently. I'm struggling (via the online help) to work out how to actually push the new update to the devices.

I've downloaded the file 4.2+_Patch.zip but I have no idea how to turn that into a wirelss update for the devices.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

The quickest and easiest way to resolve your issue is to email the link below to users and have them click on it on and install the patch. In your I.T Policy you need to ensure users are able to install 3rd party applications and WAP Config is enabled:
