Those nice people @ DataViz have published an OTA for Documents To Go.

V1.005 It seems to deploy happily over the top of previous versions, but requires a reset.

v1.005 has been released (including an BES/Desktop install).
I've updated my original post.

Looks like a few minor feature enhancements (better office 2007 support), but the Premium edition has quite a few new ones, including PDF support.
