help new user

Hello I just bought the new Blackberry 8310 from America at&t , I use it on my Australian three network.

I can't find the internet browsers on the menu or activate the Bluetooth to work properly.

I can send files through Bluetooth but not receive & the color is yellow in the network connections.

Also , when I go into mobile network options it says that my network is TELSTRA & there are no further options... I can't activate the email or internet....

Can someone please help.

Will this phone work properly on the three network...? I have read some previous comments , can I on top of my three plan sign up with a different provider to be able to use the internet & email....

Also how do I get the GPS started? I can't download NAV4all to my blackberry as I can't launch the browser due to no browser on the phone in the applications....

Any suggestions with the Bluetooth ?

Help will be much appreciated.

Thanx

The 3 network will not support Blackberry. You need to look at changing your provider to Telstra, Optus or Vodafone.

Also, in order to receive files via bluetooth on a BlackBerry device, you must first enable incoming files...

Go into Media, hit the menu key (the one with the BlackBerry logo) and select "Receive Using Bluetooth".

3's BlackBerry solutions are now available through their Web site (I think it's under the "business" section):

http://www.three.com.au

They should also be available at 3 and Allphones stores, as well as your local 3 dealer...
