Average data usage

OK, newbie question here, but my Blackberry seems to be using humongous amounts of data. I'm on an unlimited BIS plan with Vodafone, just checked my usage online and I've apparently been using close to 100 megabytes a day. For example:

07/04/2008 05:03:32 PKT 878229kb 12:25:59 All Day $0.00 $0.00
07/04/2008 05:01:40 PKT 5295kb 00:00:49 All Day $0.00 $0.00

I get maybe 10 emails a day and make very light use of the browser (through BIS, not WAP). I've heard that Vodafone charge in minutes, not data downloaded, for WAP, but if they use the same scheme for Blackberry plans, it doesn't make sense for those on 10MB plans.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Cheers.

This amount of data would be considered excessive as your device would have to be downloading data flat out all day to reach 850mb. I believe your data usage on this day has been recorded incorrectly which is unfortunately becoming more and more common.

It's been like that the whole week, since I signed up. I think it's just some arbitrary Vodafone thing; according to the online counter, I've downloaded several gigabytes(gigabits?) in little more than a week... which doesn't make any sense at all. There're so many digits that it's not even showing the whole figure...
