    BB 8520 with BES

    I have a user using BB8520 in usa.

    have already actived the BB..

    but how can User know it is really activated? because when user go to advance setting-> enterprisze setting.. the setting is gone.


    I understand it will not show any thing here if the BB is activated..but how can I show user for this information?

    Hi,

    If the user has a BES data plan the "Options > Advanced Options > Enterprise Activation" menu should remain ion the device. When you go back into this menu it should say "Activated On: <Date>" which shows that it has completed.
