Master Address Book (mab.nsf) lookup from domino

Please could you help, I have more than one address book on our domino server that allows users to do lookups for ex customers, suppliers etc that are not actual notes users these address books are listed in the mab.nsf (master address book) on the domino server.

Is there a way to enforce that the bes server can do lookups for addresses listed in these address books. The default obviously is the names.nsf which is the company address book, can additional address books be added somwhere in the BES to ensure that these can be looked up from the BB devices.

This is a problem for us as our CEO and top management copy these addresses to their personal address books so they can access these from their devices but if any address changes it means that these are out of date and IT have to manually go to change these on each directors desktop and then do a resync.

Hi,

From what I have been told you can configure "Directory Assistance" to allow lookups from multiple address books. Currently I have only configured this feature for resolving names across multiple domains.
