Hi,

If I understand you correctly you have both Exchange and Domino with a separate BlackBerry server for each? If this is the case and the Domino BES isn't able to connect to BlackBerry it could be one on the following causing the issue:

1. The Firewall is blocking port 3101 TCP Outbound from your Domino BES
2. You have a DNS issue on the Domino BES and the server can't resolve the IP of the SRP
3. Your BES server has been configured to access the internet via a Proxy which doesn't allow port 3101 access

Let us know what happens after you check the points above as we can help you further if required.

Thanks,

Gary

If the issue is port related it may not affect any other services as BES is the only service that require port 3101 to be open. The only other cause I can think of is that if your SRP ID from your BES is detected on two servers it will lock your server out (this can occur is you used your BES license information on another server). To confirm this just called your carriers Blackberry support number and they can check with RIM.
