8300 Activation not completing

I'm having some issues trying to successfully activate an 8300.

Following the usual process, the Enterprise Activation on the device gets to the following point:

"Enterprize Activation
Synchronizing service Desktop
Calendar Complete"

and pretty much sits at that point, seemingly not going any further.

Any ideas as to what might be stalling the process?

Hi Ben,

If possible can you please restart the BES and on reboot ensure all the BlackBerry services are started? Also is the percentage meter showing and progress or is it getting stuck at 0% ?
