Error 302 appears when logging into BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Sametime

Problem
When trying to log into BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Sametime using the enterprise messenger application on the BlackBerry smartphone,
Error 302 is displayed.
You may also see the following error message on the BlackBerry smartphone:
Please contact your administrator to enable this service.
Resolution
Your administrator must complete the following steps:
- In the stconfig.nsf database, add the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer hosting the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to the Trusted IPS field located in the form view of the Community Connectivity document. Note: Use the IBM Lotus Sametime Administration tool to change IBM® Lotus® Domino® messaging and collaboration server administration parameters.
- In the BlackBerry Server Configuration Panel, click Collaboration Service.
- Make sure the IBM Lotus Sametime host name is spelled correctly.
- Make sure the port setting is correct.
- Save the changes.
- Restart the IBM Lotus Sametime Server.
- Restart the BlackBerry Collaboration Service to allow the changes to take effect.
Important: Restarting the BlackBerry Enterprise Server will delay email message delivery to BlackBerry smartphones. For more information, see KB04789.
