Getting These Errors!!...sorry, I can't reveal actual email address

Then when I try to resend the Key or Policy I get this

If this is happening for only one user you are best to wipe the handheld and then remove the user from the BES. Once this is done just add the user back onto the BES and then reactivate.

When a device starts rejecting the IT Policy the method above is a sure fix. Also with your calendar issue that will be re-enabled when you reactivate the user.
