Missing PIM items - Contacts, Calenders, etc

Have a problem that affects only one out of 40 users. The user has missing contacts, contacts that are not supposed to be in his address book, missing calendar entries, tasks list.

It seems that he thinks there an encroachment of his PIM items.
Sometimes he gets someone's elses calendar entries.

BES Version: 4.1.5
Mail Server: Exchange 2003
Desktop Software Version: 4.3
Using: Outlook 2007
Device Model: 8800

We have tried removing him from BES and re-adding him again. The problem would cease only for a short period, and then occur again.

What could possibly be wrong and how can it be resolved?

Thank You In Advance.

Hi,

As he doesn't require BlackBerry Desktop Manager I would remove it as he may be inadvertently changing his wireless sync settings (also BES 4.1.5 allows full wireless sync so Desktop software isn’t required). On all of the PIM items that he is having issues with please open them (e.g. Address Book) and press the menu button and select Options, then need to ensure wireless sync is enabled. Other things that can cause Contacts sync issues are blank entries (i.e. no first, last or company name) or special characters in the contact or company name (i.e. !@#$%^&*), also check for alpha characters in number fields.

Thanks,

Gary
