What are the BlackBerry Enterprise Server debug logs?

Q: What are the BlackBerry Enterprise Server debug logs?
A: The debug logs assist in troubleshooting the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Items that are monitored include the following:
  • SRP connection: The connection between your company and the BlackBerry infrastructure.
  • MAPI health: This includes any possible problems with the Messaging Application Program Interface (MAPI) connection between the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and the Microsoft Exchange Server(s).
  • Connectivity to users' mailboxes: This includes the ability of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to interact with each user’s mailbox.
  • Mail flow: Used to determine why mail is or is not moving.
