PST Mails!

As per company policy we are following pst standards but in this case mails are skipping/not coming up on the device.

Could anybody have an idea or solution on this.

Hi,

For a Blackberry device to function correctly you shouldn't deliver your emails to a PST. As you can appreciate the BES interacts with your mail server and if Outlook moves your email to a PST it is being removed Exchange. Also since your email is only being stored on Outlook (except for the email that hasn't been downloaded to Outlook) you would lose all that users email if the workstation crashed or the laptop was stolen etc.

Your only option is to configure Outlook to deliver emails to an OST file instead of a PST for BlackBerry users. This is your only option to allow the BES to function correctly.
