Exchange 2003 + BES

Hello,

I would like to get some documentation for BES server. We have 2 Exchange servers here and we would like to check about the security for the server.

Anything for security like:
- Adding password to the device, by the server (not on each device at the time)
- Raise security
- Encrypt communication

Someone can give me some help?

Hi,

All you need to do is refer to the I.T Policy Guide for BES 4.1 and it will provide you with all the answers. Also by default your BES will encrypt the data using AES and if you installed the BES correctly it would be considered secure (e.g. BESadmin permissions set correctly and only allow port 3101 Outbound). I have attached the Policy Guide below for you.

Thanks,

Gary
