Cannot activate one user
I am trying to activate a user on our BES (4.1) but it keeps failing. The only way I can get it to work is by setting the Static Mailbox Agent to TRUE. I have not had to do this with any of our other users (over 280). Has anybody experienced this before? RIM doesnt seem to have an answer.
