User not receiving meeting request emails on bb

Hi,
We have one user on our BES who doesnt receive meeting requests.
Some background info:
Blackberry Pearl 8100 4.5.0.102
Exchange 2007 SP1

She receives the meeting request email in her outlook and can accept\deny it like normal but on her blackberry she doesnt get this email.
The meeting request goes straight to her calendar on her bb.

Anyone know what might be up with it? As she is the only user suffering this problem out of 60 users on our BES I'm guessing there is something wrong with her BES or Mailbox account.

Hi,

As this issue is limited to an individual user I would try the following:

1. On the users device go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book > Highlight Desktop [CICAL] > Press menu > Select Delete > Highlight Desktop [CMIME] > Press menu > Select Delete. Now from the BES resend the Service Books.

2. Ensure the user has no forwarding rules on Exchange\Desktop and double check that meeting requests aren’t being sent to delegates.

3. Ensure meeting requests on Outlook are not being filed into a different folder, either manually or by an Outlook rule.
