Unhappy BES 4.1.6.9 for Exchange One Way Sync problem

Hi there.
I've got an issue with one way sync of Calendar. We're running af BES 4.1.6.9 for Exchange on Win2003 SP2. We're running Exchange 2007 in an Clustered environment, without Public Folders.
Everything except from the Calendar sync from the devices is working fine. I've doubble checked all the permissions for BESAdmin, and they're ok. Also all of the services on the BES server is running fine with the BESAdmin as service account.
Do anyone have an idea to what I've missed

Hi,

First you need to ensure the BESadmin account is NOT a member of Domain Admin. As you have no public folders I assume you have edited the registry and added the "Ignore No PF" DWORD? Also on the BES have you installed “Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1” (note: and previous versions of Exchange System Manger must not be present) and ensure Outlook is NOT installed?

Thanks,

Gary

Red face

Hi there,
thanks for your quick reply.

The BESAdmin is Domain User and member of the needed Exchange groups.
The DWORD "Ignore No PF" is added
I've installed the CDO 1.2.1 on the BES server. I don't have Outlook on this server, I've already made that error This is a reinstalled server
Also there are no MMC on the server.

So I belive I've got the basics coverd

Hope you can guide me in the correct direction.

Thanks

Droopy

Thumbs up Solved !!!!!

Thanks again GaryCutri for your quick reply. Which guided me in the right direction
I'd made an error when creating the CDO RegKey with Dword called Ignore No PF and assign it a decimal value of 1.
After sorting that out the syncronization is working fine.
