Details

Integration of a Novell GroupWise WebAccess account with the BlackBerry Internet Service is not supported.

As an alternative, you can send and receive messages on the BlackBerry device by doing one of the following:

• Integrate the email account using Post Office Protocol (POP) or Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP). See KB02189 for more information.
• Forward email messages to a BlackBerry email address or another integrated email address.
