Problem
You are unable to reply to a sent item on the BlackBerry smartphone. Additionally, the following error messages are displayed in the BlackBerry Messaging Agent (MAGT) log:
[20000] (08/31 15:29:22.781):{0x1A30} {TEST} message.CreateReply() FAILED.
[40000] (08/31 15:29:22.781):{0x1A30} {TEST} Send() Failed to create draft message for refId=1713865777.
[20000] (08/31 15:29:22.781):{0x1A30} {TEST} Send() failed: ERR_FAIL, Tag=3264
[40277] (08/31 15:29:22.781):{0x1A30} {TEST} Sending message error to device for message 1713865777
Cause
Replying to a sent item in the GroupWise Client causes the application programming interface (API) to throw an exception error. Replying to a sent email message on the BlackBerry smartphone will result in the same exeption.
Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
